Now stir in the banana whey in the first bowl and in the second bowl you do the same with the chocolate protein. Now mix these two dough carefully together with a fork to get that nice pattern. Pour everything onto a (new) baking paper and put the griddle into the preheated oven. If you want you can use a common cake ramekin (has to be buttered) as well. Bake at 150 °C (fan-assisted) for about 15-20 minutes. Use the zero sugar syrup, banana slices and almonds for the topping.

Apple cinnamon strudel

Ingredients
for the dough
- 2 eggs
- 50 g low-fat cream cheese
- 30 g whey (vanilla or cinnamon bun)
- 1 tbsp. baking soda

for the filling
- 1 apple
- 20 ml flavdrops vanilla
- some cinnamon powder
- 50 g low-fat cream cheese

- 20 ml almond milk

Instructions
Separate eggs and beat the egg whites until they are stiff. Mix the egg yolks with  cream cheese, whey and the baking soda together. After that carefully stir in the beaten egg whites. Spread the dough evenly on a (new) baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes at 160 °C (fan-assisted) until it gets golden-brown. While baking you can prepare the filling: for that cut the apple into slices or small pieces. You don't have to peel it. Mix it with almond milk, some cinnamon powder, low-fat cream cheese and flavdrops. Let the dough cool down a bit and pour the filling onto the dough. Now carefully roll up the whole to get a big wrap. Cut it into slices and top it with some almonds or walnuts.
